Please pray for Wendy Frankel's brother-in-law, Mike.  He fell and hit his head and passed out.  He is experiencing trouble with his vision, his brother David Frankel is with him at the hospital.  Please pray that there is nothing seriously wrong.

Doug and Vicki Guynes' daughter, Jennifer’s surgery went well.  She should be going home tomorrow.  Please be in prayer for Jennifer during her recovery. 

Doug and Vicki Guynes' daughter, Jennifer is having gall bladder surgery this morning at 11:30.  Please pray for guidance for the medical staff and for Jennifer's comfort and healing.

Tuesday, August 17th

Rob Stacey’s uncle, David Stacey will undergo a Catheter Radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillations caused by abnormal heart tissue today.  Please pray for no complications and that this procedure is successful and will alleviate his ongoing issue with atrial fibrillation.

Stan Pounds’ mother, Sue Pounds had a heart attack on Saturday.  She had an angioplasty procedure yesterday and is currently hospitalized at the Medical Center of Plano.  Please keep Sue and her family in your prayers.

Bob Woodchek's brother in law, Jay Davis, is in the hospital, the result of a stroke. Jay's cancer is complicating matters. Mary Woodchek has traveled to Maryland to be with Bob's sister Margie. Please pray for God's will and strength for Jay and the family.

Kathy Pounds' mother, Ruby was admitted to the hospital in Houston yesterday with pneumonia and is currently in ICU.  Please be in prayer for Ruby and her family.

Mike Gibson, Todd Smith's fiancé's father is being treated for Acute Leukemia; Todd is Larry and Martha Smith's son.  Please be in prayer for his successful treatment at M D Anderson Hospital, Houston.

Chrystal Casimir's grandfather had a heart attack this past Saturday and is currently in ICU in Temple, TX.  Please pray for his strength and healing and also be in prayer for his family.

Melody Kirk, Tyler Lewis' fiancé's mother was recently diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer.  She is currently receiving chemotherapy treatment.  Please pray for her healing and comfort.  Also be in prayer for the family as the wedding date in September approaches.

Scott Johnson's dad, Bill Johnson, is having a stint put in one of his legs to help him pass a blood clot in that leg.  The procedure will be this Tuesday, August 3rd.  Please keep Bill in your prayers.

Andy Bauers' brother, Lee Bauers and his family have lost their homes due to the flood and breach of the dam in Delhi, Iowa this past week.  Lee also suffered an infection to his foot from trying to save his home, boat business and his son's home during the floods.  Please pray for all the people in this area that have sustained damage and loss from this disaster.

Lyle Juhnke's 26 year old nephew, Chad Hopp has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma.  Testing will continue today to find out what stage the lymphoma is in.  He is married with a 3 year old son and resides in Sanger, TX.  Please pray for Chad and his family during this difficult time.

Please continue to be in prayer for MK Werner and her family.  MK received her first radiation treatment on Tuesday.

Debbie Reynolds passed away early this morning.  Her memorial service is scheduled for Monday, August 2nd at 2:00 p.m. at RCP.  Please be in prayer for the Reynolds family during this difficult time.

Please be in prayer for Laura Martinez, one of Marilyn Voskuil's daughter’s childhood friends.  She is currently hospitalized in Baltimore undergoing treatment for osteonecrosis.  This is a very painful bone disease.  Please pray for relief from pain and encouragement for Laura.

Lartha Smith lives in Pennsylvania and is a dear friend of Jim Kiser's mother.  She's the glue that holds a group of elderly ladies together and frequently drives them to church.  She's been diagnosed with cancer and is now in a nursing home.  Please hold Lartha up in your prayers. She's an old fashioned Christian who believes in the power of prayer!

Thursday, July 22nd

Please be in prayer for Don Leonhart's brother, Glenn.  He was diagnosed with a recurrence of thyroid cancer.

Please be in prayer for Jacob Sather, nine month old grandson of Larry and Debbie Sather who was rushed to the hospital early Wednesday morning with breathing problems.  The doctors are hopeful that he will fully recover, but as of last night he was still struggling.  He is in ICU.

Tuesday, July 20th

MK Werner was diagnosed with cancer; she has a sarcoma tumor in her leg.  The good news is her tests show that this has not spread.  She will begin radiation treatment Tuesday, July 27th.  Surgery is also planned after radiation treatment is completed.  Please keep MK and her family, Vince, Bethany and Geneva in your prayers.

A friend of Stacie Smith was killed in a car accident last Thursday.  Please be in prayer for her friend's husband and two daughters for their loss.

Thursday, July 15th

Lisa Fisher's surgery went well yesterday.  The margins on the tumor looked good so the cancer looks contained.  She has a follow up today to go over the lab results for the surgery.  Please continue to pray for Lisa and her family as she completes her treatment.

Friday, July 9

Please be in prayer for a customer of Eric Devonport, Tracy Smith's son, Frank Herndon.  He fell in the parking lot outside his apartment due to a brain aneurysm.  There are a lot of complications because of the fall.  Please pray that the swelling and infection would subside.

Lisa Fisher was diagnosed with breast cancer last week.  She will be going in for surgery on Wednesday (14th) and then begin radiation.  Please keep Lisa and her family in your prayers.

Thursday, July 8

Please be in prayer for Lynne Hubers' brother-in-law, David Clausen. He shattered his right femur at the hip joint after falling onto a cement patio from a ladder June 30. Doctors have been concerned about this same hip because of the pain Dave has continued to have following radiation given over the past several years for two different bouts of rectal cancer. Last night the doctors found he has developed blood clots in his lung following the hip/femur surgery. Doctors are doing more tests today for other clots in his extremities.

Eric Devonport’s mother, Evyonne was admitted to the hospital this weekend in California.  She was diagnosed with viral pancreatitis and now has pneumonia.  Please pray for her speedy recovery and relief from the pain she is experiencing.

Zilda Smith, Julia Smith-Blonk's mom needs continued prayers.  She had complications from her surgery.
